Blast nozzles (also known as sandblasting guns)play a vital role in a blast setup. For optimal production or for achieving a desired result, choice of the nozzle is extremely important.

The size of your sandblasting gun ultimately determines the size of the compressor you will need. Smaller nozzles require less CFM, but produce a smaller blast pattern. Larger sandblasting guns require more CFM, but produce larger blast patterns. When choosing which size and type of nozzle will be most suitable for your application, the following three factors should be taken into consideration: the type of surface to be cleaned, the size of the overall job, and the type of abrasive you will be using.
